Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026.
These terms cover use of this website only. They are not the agreement under which RidgeCore performs appliance service — that is handled separately, at the time service is scheduled and confirmed.
Website content
Content on this site — including service descriptions, symptom and diagnostic information, and the CORELINK ServiceOS overview — is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis, and it does not guarantee a specific cause, cost, or outcome for any individual appliance issue.
The service request form
The request-service form is a tool for preparing information about your appliance issue. As described in the privacy policy, it does not currently submit data automatically. Submitting or printing a summary through this form is not a confirmed service appointment; scheduling is confirmed separately once RidgeCore responds to your request.
No warranty of website availability
This website is provided on an "as available" basis. RidgeCore does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for issues arising from website downtime or errors.
Intellectual property
The RidgeCore name, the CORELINK ServiceOS name, and the original diagrams, marks, and design elements on this site belong to RidgeCore Appliance Group and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RidgeCore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This limitation does not apply to the separate agreement under which appliance service is actually performed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
RidgeCore may update these terms as the website and its systems change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
