CORELINK ServiceOS
The system behind every RidgeCore visit
CORELINK ServiceOS is RidgeCore's internal service-workflow platform — not a customer app or public dashboard. It organizes service requests, model and serial information, diagnostic documentation, estimates, customer approvals, installation records, and service history in one place, so information doesn't get lost between the office and the field.
- Every request is tied to a documented appliance and address record.
- Diagnostic findings and estimates are recorded before work begins.
- Completed installations and repairs build a lasting service history.
Diagnostic Process
How a RidgeCore service visit is organized
-
Tell us what's happening
Submit a service request describing the appliance and symptoms. Add model and serial information if you have it.
-
CORELINK organizes the record
Your request, appliance details, and any photos are organized into a single service record before a technician arrives.
-
On-site diagnosis
A technician inspects the appliance, confirms the root cause, and documents findings against the service record.
-
Written estimate and approval
You review the diagnosis and estimate and approve the work before repair, installation, or replacement proceeds.
-
Service history retained
Completed work is recorded against the appliance, so future service — yours or a property manager's — starts with real history.
Service Standards
Documented standards, not vague promises
RidgeCore publishes the operating standards technicians follow — from diagnostic documentation to how estimates are presented — so you know what to expect before a technician arrives.
Read Service StandardsDiagnosis before pricing
Repair pricing follows a confirmed diagnosis, not a guess from a phone description.

How does a RidgeCore service request work?
You submit a request describing the appliance, the symptoms, and your address area. RidgeCore organizes that information — along with model and serial details when available — through CORELINK ServiceOS so a technician arrives prepared instead of guessing. A diagnostic visit confirms the issue and produces a written estimate before repair work begins.
Is the online request form a live submission system?
Not yet. The request form validates your information and builds a printable, copyable summary you can send to RidgeCore once contact details are published, or hand to a technician directly. It does not silently submit data to a server. This page will be updated the moment a live intake system is connected.
What information should I have ready before requesting service?
The appliance type and brand, the model and serial number if you can find them (usually on a sticker inside the door frame or behind/underneath the unit), a description of the symptoms, and your general address area. Photos of the rating plate and the problem help a technician prepare before the visit.
Which appliances does RidgeCore repair?
Refrigerators and freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and ovens (gas and electric), and microwaves, including built-in and over-the-range units. See the appliance-specific repair pages for symptom detail on each category.
Start with a clear diagnosis.
