What this website is

This website is a set of static pages published by RidgeCore Appliance Group. It does not use a database, does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

The service request form

The request-service form runs entirely in your browser. As of this page's last update, no backend submission endpoint is connected — the form validates your input locally and builds a printable/copyable summary. It does not transmit your information to RidgeCore or to any third party automatically. If you print or copy that summary and send it to RidgeCore yourself (for example, by email once an address is published), that transmission is handled by whatever method you choose to use.

When a live submission system is connected in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what is collected, where it is sent, and how it is retained.

Information you might send us directly

If you contact RidgeCore directly (for example, by phone or email once those channels are published), we retain the information you provide only as needed to respond to your request and to document the appliance service relationship, consistent with the service record practices described on the service standards page.

Server logs

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs (such as request timestamps and IP addresses) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are not used for advertising or combined with a marketing profile.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as RidgeCore's systems change, particularly once a live service request submission system is connected. The "last updated" date above will change when it does.
