Multifamily Service

Appliance and laundry equipment service for apartment communities

In-unit kitchen appliances and shared laundry-room equipment both need service that respects occupied buildings and tight scheduling windows.

In-unit kitchen appliances

Refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves inside occupied units are diagnosed and repaired with scheduling that works around resident access.

Residential laundry equipment

In-unit washers and dryers, and shared laundry-room equipment used by residents, are serviced with the same diagnostic standard as any residential call.

What's different from a single homeowner's request

The diagnosis and repair work itself doesn't change based on who owns the appliance. What's different is coordination: a request identifies a specific unit within your community rather than a standalone address, and scheduling has to work around your community's access and notice process instead of one homeowner's calendar.

Shared equipment — like a laundry room serving multiple units — also needs downtime communicated to more than one household. For portfolio-level coordination across multiple properties, see property management.

Commercial laundry — planned

Commercial-grade laundry equipment support for larger shared facilities is a planned future service line, not an active offering today. See the appliance repair and installation pages for what's available now, or the CORELINK roadmap referenced in our documentation for how this expansion is being organized.

Managing a broader portfolio?

If you're coordinating service across multiple properties, not just one community, see property management service.
